Be assured that we continuously work with our shipping partners to make sure that your order reaches you at the earliest possible.

If you aren’t available to receive your order, the courier driver will send you an SMS or call to confirm if they can leave your package with any authorized recipient at your shipping address. Your authorized recipient will be asked to sign for the package on your behalf.

If you missed the delivery, the courier will attempt to deliver the package up to 3 times. After the final delivery attempt, the courier reserves the right to return your package to us (the shipper).

• Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao minimum fee of ₱159
• Free regular shipping on orders above ₱1999

LOCAL PICKUP/SAME DAY DELIVERY

You may also opt for pick up or same day delivery via Grab or any courier of your choice.

Booking and service payment will be c/o the customer.

Pick up available every Mondays to Saturdays at 9am-4pm.

Just select ‘Pick up or Same day delivery’ as delivery option upon Checkout.

CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)
