Returns Policy

We appreciate you choosing Yumi. We want your experience to be hassle-free, and we're here to assist you every step of the way. If you have any questions or if your purchase isn't quite what you expected, please allow us to guide you through the process.

Our Promise to You

You have a full 7 days from the day you made your purchase to either return or exchange your order.

Eligibility for Return or Exchange

Please ensure that:

  • Your shoes were purchased in the last 7 days.
  • They are in their original packaging.
  • They are unused and undamaged.
  • There are no outsole marks or strap creases.

Eligible Reasons for Exchange

You can request an exchange if:

  • You need a different size.
  • You received the wrong item.
  • You received a defective product* 

    Unfortunately, there are a few things we can't do:

    • Change the color.
    • Change the style.
    • Change your mind.
    • Damages caused by transit, handling, or improper care.

    But we can make exceptions:

    • You can change the color if the new size you want isn't available in the same color.
    • You can change the style if the new size you want isn't available in any color of the same style.

    Price Difference for Exchange:

    • If the new item is priced lower than the original item, the price difference will be forfeited.
    • If the new item is priced higher than the original item, you will be required to pay the price difference.

    Unsatisfied? Here's What You Can Do:

    If you're not satisfied with your shoes, you have two options:

    Option A - Return & Get Store Credit: You'll receive store credit equal to the amount you paid for the item (excluding shipping fees). You can use this credit for your next purchase.

    Option B - Return & Exchange: You have the choice to exchange your returned item, in compliance with the aforementioned Terms & Conditions.

    Kindly be informed that our size range extends up to size 10. If you need a size beyond this range, the aforementioned conditions will still apply. 

    *Defective Products: Defective products are those with issues that make them unsuitable for their intended use. But improper fit, comfort issues, or material preferences are not considered defects.

    Starting a Return or Exchange is Easy:

    1. Begin by completing our Return Request Form.
    2. After you submit it, keep an eye on your email for detailed return instructions.

    When Will You Receive Your Exchange?

    Your exchange will be sent as soon as we have received the returned item and settled the shipping charges.

      Please keep in mind that we reserve the right to refuse exchanges for products that have been used, have outsole marks, creases, weren't found to be defective before delivery, or if the specified period has passed.

      Shipping Charges

      • For defective or wrong products, shipping is covered by us.
      • If you're returning or exchanging an item, you'll need to handle the shipping charges to and from Yumi.

        To make sure your items arrive safely, please verify your address details and consider using a tracking number. Keep in mind that the risk of loss or damage during shipping is on you.

        Damaged Items:

        If you receive a damaged product, please let us know immediately so we can assist you promptly. Damaged items are covered by the Terms & Conditions mentioned above.

        Please note that, while we do our best to provide accurate images of our products, real colors may slightly vary due to differences in screen settings, lighting conditions, and photography setups. These minor variations in color are considered natural and are not classified as damages or defects.

        Sale Items:

        Sale items are final and cannot be returned, exchanged, or converted into store credit.

        Refunds

        We're happy to offer you a full refund in store credit if your items are returned in the same condition as received. This credit equals the item's purchase amount, excluding shipping fees, and can be used for your next purchase.

        Please note that we do not provide cash refunds at this time. This policy covers situations like incomplete payments, changes of mind, delays in customer confirmation, same-day bookings, third-party courier deliveries, and more. 

        Discounts and free shipping apply only to your initial purchase and aren't transferable to subsequent transactions.
